Medieval Feast in Caneva castle

The historical medieval feast in Caneva castle takes place for two weeks in the munt of July and will make you revive the ancient atmosphere and traditions of medieval period.
The first edition took place in 21st June in 1964 and took place only Sunday afternoon.
The festival exalts the culture, the history, the wine and the food of our territory.
The most explicative day of the medieval period is the reenactment day (the first Sunday): performances of typical celebrations of the time, featuring costumes of ladies, knights and artisans, with sword fights, jugglers and witches shows.
A free shuttle bus from the square of Caneva to the castle, and back, is available for the duration of the event.
